Chem-Dry by Kevin Jones

We are moving into a new home, after 35 years! I called Chem Dry and couldn’t be more thrilled with the results!!! Currently, I reside in a different state. Caleb took such great care of us!!! He inspected the home and called with his recommendations. I was extremely worried about the hardwood floors. As I learned, when Caleb takes care of you, you don’t have a care in the world! My advice, call Chem Dry!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

I had to reschedule at last minute, and they were understanding and worked us back in quickly. Rob did an excellent job on our upholstery. It looks brand new! I had the pet odor treatment, and it is amazing! Rob worked diligently to find the problem area. He even cleaned our cat tree for a good price! I am very pleased! Fast, effective, great communication and a fair price!

Caleb was phenomenal! He double checked the room sizes we had provided to ensure the total was correct. Went over every option and made sure to tell me the price of each add-on option. He was very professional and put my mind at ease that we had chosen the right cleaning service for our needs. We also received a call stating that he was done with prior appointment early. So we were able to get the carpets cleaned before our scheduled appointment time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, even when figuring out the total we would pay prior to Caleb showing up to clean. Best part? It's pet and kid friendly cleaning solution! 10/10 would recommend using Chem-Dry by Kevin Jones if you are in need of a carpet cleaning services.

Chem-Dry did a wonderful job on our carpets! Had a lot of pet urine stains and issues as well as lots of dirt on stairs and high-traffic areas, but they all cleaned up very well and look like new. Caleb did a fantastic job. Thanks again!
